Privacy

WigMatch by Hair Sistas is run by SparkRealm Creations Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it to the minimum needed to run the site.

Browsing

You can browse every look and shop every wig without giving us any personal information.

• Look visits and Shop clicks. We count how often each look is viewed and each Shop button is tapped, with the date and, if the link you arrived on had one, a short campaign tag (for example “snap-story”). These counts contain no personal information and aren't linked to you.
• Site statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see overall traffic (for example, how many people visited and from which kinds of devices). It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Saving your faves

If you choose to save wigs to My Faves, we keep:

• your email address,
• the wigs you saved, the look you saved each one from, and when,
• where you signed up on the site,
• whether you ticked “Send me new looks and wig drops”, when you did, and the exact wording you saw. This box is optional and unticked unless you tick it.

No password is used. Your email is simply the key to your list, so that you can open your faves on any device. This means anyone who types your email address into My Faves can see the wigs saved under it. That's the only thing it reveals: never anything else about you.

We don't send confirmation emails, and we don't sell, rent or share your email with anyone. If you opted in to hearing about new looks and wig drops, we may email you in the future; every email will include a way to unsubscribe, as Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) requires.

Cookies

We use a few small cookies, only for the site to work:

• one that remembers your faves list on this device, after you save your first fave;
• one that remembers the campaign tag you arrived with, for this visit only;
• login cookies for the site owner's admin area.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Shopping links

When you tap Shop, you leave WigMatch for the store's website, usually through an affiliate network such as CJ or Awin. The link tells the store which WigMatch look you came from (the look's name, not anything about you). What happens on the store's site, including any purchase, is covered by that store's and network's own privacy policies. See our affiliate disclosure.

Where your information is kept

Your information is stored with Supabase, in its Canada (Central) region, and the site is served by Netlify. They process it for us only to provide these services. Some of these providers may handle data outside Canada.

Your choices

• Delete your email and faves: on My Faves, tap “Remove my email and faves”. They're deleted straight away.
• Forget this device: on My Faves, tap “Change”.
• Stop marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
• See, correct or delete what we hold about you: email us at info@sparkrealmcreations.com.

We keep your email and faves until you remove them or ask us to.

Children

WigMatch isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
